Let’s be honest—2020 and 2021 were very challenging years for most of us—but some people thrived. They seem to have adapted to the trials. They made changes in their stock portfolios, relationships, and careers. Some took steps to improve their overall health while others shrunk in fear and isolation.

Put Jesus firmly in charge of your life.
Read His Word every day, pray, worship, and be filled with His Spirit.
Add value to every person you meet. Be kind, polite, and gracious.
Honor God and others with all of your heart.
Forgive others and yourself. Let go of the past because you need both hands and a clean heart to take hold of your future.
Gentlemen, bold decisions are hard. They require us to follow up. I recently tried to play the game of golf. I hadn’t golfed in 50 years, so the word “try” is very accurate. At first, I was terrible. It was embarrassing until a friend gave me one helpful tip: “BRO, you have to watch your follow through.”
The Bible commands us, “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.” Will you make a bold decision this year to watch your follow through and build your life on the Rock in practical ways?
